A delicious wedge of Curd Cheese
Our semi-fat curd cheese is made according to a natural and simple recipe. Milk and live bacterial cultures – nothing else. It’s lighter than traditional curd cheese because it contains only 4% fat, but is just as deliciously creamy and delicate as ever. It is a rich source of vitamins and calcium, but has fewer calories. We shape it into a rectangular wedge like our well-loved homemade curd cheese, but also put it in an innovative packaging with a lid that closes to maintain freshness.
