  2. Your data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and national law.

  4. Cookies are IT data, in particular small text files, which are saved and stored on the User’s devices used to access the Service website.
  5. Controller Cookies are Cookies placed by the Controller in connection with the Controller’s electronic provision of services via the Service.
  6. Third-party Cookies are Cookies placed by the Controller’s partners via the Service website.
  7. Service website means the website on which the Controller operates an online service in the domain piatnica.com.pl.
  8. Device means an electronic device used by the User to access the Service website.
  9. User means an entity to which, under the Rules and the law, services may be provided electronically or which may conclude an electronic service provision agreement.
  10. We apply our best efforts to protect the interests of data subjects. We make sure that the data were collect are:
    • processed lawfully;
    • collected for a specific defined purpose;
    • adequate for such purpose;
    • processed no longer than necessary for such purpose.
  11. We collect personal data to reply to your requests submitted via the contact form or by email. The legal basis is the principle that data may be processed if necessary to perform or conclude an agreement.

Key features of personal data processing

  1. We process your personal data as follows
    • first name;
    • email address;
    • other data provided by you in the message submitted via the contact form or by email.
  2. We do not use profiling, which means that your data are not processed automatically to determine your needs or personal features.
  3. We do not trade your data. Your data are only processed for the purposes described above. Your data are not processed outside the European Economic Area.
  4. The personal data controller exercises due diligence to protect the rights of users whose data are processed, in particular by ensuring that such data are:
    • adequately protected;
    • correct and updated, if required;
    • limited to what is necessary and adequate for the intended purposes;

Your rights

  1. You have the right to access and correct your personal data.
  2. If you find yourself in a situation where our further processing of your personal data poses a threat to your privacy, you may notify us thereof and request that we discontinue or restrict the processing.
  3. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Period of processing

  1. We make every effort to keep the period of data storage to a minimum. We will store your data for the duration of our communications, after which the data will either be saved in our client database or erased.
  2. If it is clear to us that you do not wish to establish a relationship, your data will immediately be removed from our working database and all backups will be erased within 30 days.
  3. If it is unclear, your data will be stored for a period of six months after the date of the most recent communication and will be erased thereafter.

Cookies

  1. The Controller’s Cookies are safe for Users’ Devices. In particular, viruses and other unsolicited software or malware cannot invade the Users’ Devices through Cookies. Cookies are used to identify the software used by the User and to customise the Service for each individual User. Cookies typically contain the original domain name, the period for which they are saved on the Device and the relevant value.
  2. The Controller uses two types of Cookies:
    • Session Cookies, which are stored on Users’ Devices until the browser session is closed, at which point saved data are permanently erased from the Device’s memory. Session Cookies do not support downloads of any personal data or other confidential information from Users’ Devices.
    • Persistent Cookies are stored on Users’ Devices until they are erased. Permanent Cookies are not erased from Users’ Devices when the browser session is closed or when the Device is turned off. Persistent Cookies do not support downloads of any personal data or other confidential information from Users’ Devices.
  3. Users can restrict or deactivate Cookies on their Devices. In such case, the Service can still be used, with the exception of those functions which require Cookies to operate.
